As
a native of Idaho, who better to help you find the ranch you dream of owning or help sell the ranch you have? Having traveled across most of Idaho in search of big game, to go fishing or to a team roping; I will be able to locate the ranch you’ve been looking for. I started off as a big game outfitter, guiding my customers through the Idaho wilderness to find big game. As time went on I discovered that many of my customers, once they saw the beauty of the lands surrounding them, realized that they wanted property here. So I eventually switched from guiding people to find big game over to the business of guiding them towards the best property for their wants and needs.
Currently, I have clients who are spread throughout the nation. My ability to work with everyone enables me to work with sellers and buyers around the United States. Most of my clients are people who have traveled to Idaho and fell in love with all it has to offer. Others of my clients include those who seek out Idaho for big game hunting. If hunting is the reason you are looking into property in Idaho you have come to the right man, the right state, and the right company. Idaho is the last of two states where you can purchase over the counter big game tags, instead of hoping for the luck of the draw in lottery systems that other states have. Meaning, Idaho continues to have big game tags long after other hunting states run out of their allotted tags. Since I was a big game outfitter before I became a Realtor, I have the unique advantage of knowing intimately which places are best for hunting in the vast forests and wilderness still to be found in Idaho.
With already 10 years of experience as a Realtor and even more as a Hunter/Outfitter I know every inch of Idaho acreage. I currently hold a broker’s license for the state of Idaho, Montana. My specialty is in recreational, hunting or retreat and working ranches, ranging from 20 to 20,000 acres. The properties I have available are large, open contiguous parcels that border the national forest service. As a professional Realtor, I know the ins and outs of the paperwork involved with the sale of a property. This includes working knowledge of the 1031 tax deferred exchanges and Land Trusts.
